Edinburgh Gin Distillery was founded in 2010 in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town and is now part of Ian Macleod Distillers. Its Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur takes the brand's signature gin and infuses it with natural rhubarb and ginger flavour, part of a wave of modern British fruit-and-spice gin liqueurs designed to bridge gin and dessert-style sipping drinks.

The result is a vivid rose-pink liqueur that leads with tart, nostalgic stewed-rhubarb sweetness, balanced by warming ginger spice and a background of classic juniper from its gin base.

Most often served long and simple — over ice topped with soda, tonic or prosecco.
