Ellon Spirits Hackley Bay Dark Rum, 70cl

Hackley Bay Dark Rum is crafted by the Ellon Spirit Company in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, bringing together rum distilled in the Caribbean with the distillery's Scottish expertise in ageing and blending. Matured in oak barrels, it takes on a deep amber colour and a rounded, complex character that reflects both its tropical origins and its Aberdeenshire finishing.

A symphony of flavours unfolds on the palate, with caramel, vanilla and toasted oak balanced by hints of tropical fruit, finishing smooth and warm at 40% ABV. Enjoy neat or over ice to appreciate its depth, or mix into classic rum cocktails such as a dark and stormy or a spiced rum punch.
