Highland Boundary Larch & Honeysuckle Wild Scottish Spirit, 50cl

A clear, modern Scottish spirit from Highland Boundary, hand-crafted using foraged larch buds and honeysuckle flowers gathered from the woodlands surrounding their on-farm distillery. The larch buds are matured in grain spirit for several months before slow copper pot distillation.

Tasting notes
A light, vanilla and fruity aroma leads through to a beautifully smooth, citrus and lightly spiced palate, with lingering umami hints on the finish.
