Ableforth's Bathtub Gin, 70cl

Ableforth's Bathtub Gin is an award-winning English gin crafted using a traditional cold-compounding method, an old-fashioned botanical infusion inspired by prohibition-era bathtub gin recipes. Juniper, orange peel, coriander, cassia, cloves and cardamom are infused and monitored by regular sampling to achieve the perfect balance.

An initially juniper-rich nose gives way to cardamom and orange blossom, with a juniper-forward, exceptionally viscous and creamy palate, finishing with cardamom, cinnamon and a late flourish of orange peel. Best enjoyed in a rich, spiced Old Fashioned-style Martini.
