Aerstone 10 Year Old Sea Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky from William Grant & Sons, matured for a decade in warehouses on the Ayrshire coast at the family-owned Ailsa Bay Distillery in Girvan, on Scotland's Lowland coastline. Created as an approachable, easy-drinking style aimed at whisky newcomers, it is paired with a sister expression, Land Cask, to showcase how coastal versus inland maturation shapes flavour. On the nose it offers buttery toffee, creamy vanilla and freshly baked shortbread with hints of orange citrus and cinnamon; the palate brings floral malt, nougat and honeyed sweetness, while the finish closes on clove, candied lemon and a gentle sea-salt note.
