Sun-drenched Provence in a bottle, AIX Rosé is one of the most recognisable and widely loved pale rosés in the world, crafted by Maison Saint Aix on their 75-hectare estate in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. Made from a classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grown on limestone and clay-sandy soils, the grapes are picked before dawn to lock in freshness under Provence's 300 days of Mediterranean sunshine.

In the glass it shows a luminous, pale pink hue with delicate brilliance. The nose opens with fresh red berries, citrus zest and white flowers, leading to a palate that balances roundness with liveliness — a silky texture carries through to a long, mineral finish. Sustainably farmed, and finished under screw cap for reliable freshness bottle to bottle.
