Alasia Moscato d'Asti is a fragrant, lusciously sweet, lightly sparkling white from the Monferrato hills of Piedmont, made by the Araldica Castelvero cooperative. Low in alcohol at just 5%, it shows honey, fresh flowers and ripe apricot, balanced by a refreshing acidity. Serve well chilled (6-8C) as an aperitif or with fruit, light desserts or panna cotta.
