AK’s Gin is a small-batch Scottish gin from Arbikie, made field to bottle on the Angus estate and named after Alexander Kirkwood Stirling, father of the Stirling brothers who founded the distillery. It is distilled from wheat grown at Arbikie and flavoured with Angus honey, black pepper and cardamom. £1 from every bottle sold supports MND research and support charities.
Nose: Butterscotch, honey, vanilla and creme brulee.
Palate: A warm, spicy background with sweet honey notes and caramel.
