Grown, distilled and bottled on Arbikie's own Angus farm, Haar is a field-to-bottle wheat vodka named after the Scottish east-coast sea mist. Made from estate-grown wheat, it is rich, characterful and a world away from a neutral vodka.
Nose: Thyme honey, pecan and freshly baked bread.
Palate: Grainy and sweet, with buttery vanilla custard, prickles of black pepper, leafy earthiness and spicy wheat.
Finish: Soft, clean and delicately warm.
