Arran Sauternes Cask Finish Single Malt is part of the Arran Cask Finishes range, spending its final years in casks that previously held Bordeaux sweet wine, for a honeyed sweetness. Bottled at 50% ABV.
Nose: Acacia honey opening to apricot, banana and pear, with floral notes.
Palate: Sweet and balanced by warm spice; water brings out lemon zest.
Finish: Crisp, with Seville orange, Sauternes and honey.
