Benromach 15 Year Old is the flagship expression from the smallest working distillery in Speyside, hand-crafted at Benromach in Forres using traditional methods and exclusively first-fill casks. A combination of ex-bourbon and sherry wood gives this single malt real depth, marrying the distillery's classic gentle smokiness with rich, fruit-driven sherry character.

On the nose, expect baked apple, blackberry compote and fruitcake alongside dark chocolate, sticky toffee and toasted malt, with black pepper, orange peel and a wisp of earthy peat smoke. The palate is creamy and full, delivering caramelised apple, black cherry, dried fig and toasted walnut, backed by peppery spice, charred oak and softly smouldering peat. The finish is long and warming, closing on dried fruit, cocoa and lingering woodsmoke.
