Blackwoods Navy Strength Vintage Gin is distilled on the remote Shetland Islands, Scotland's northernmost outpost, using wild botanicals hand-harvested from the surrounding coastline. Kelp, water mint and sea buckthorn are foraged from Shetland's shores and combined with juniper, a medley of citrus and black pepper to create a gin with a genuinely wild, maritime character.
Bottled at a robust 60% ABV navy strength, Blackwoods is built to keep its bold, punchy botanical profile even when mixed into a long drink, making it a favourite for gin and tonics that can stand up to plenty of ice and a generous measure of tonic.
Each batch is small and vintage-dated, reflecting the wild harvest of that particular year, so no two vintages are ever quite the same.
