Blackwoods Premium Grain Vodka, 70cl

Blackwoods Premium Grain Vodka is crafted by Blackwood's Distillers on the remote Shetland Islands, Scotland's most northerly outpost, using wild botanicals foraged from the islands' unique terrain.

Distilled five times from grain and finished with hand-picked Shetland botanicals including wild thyme, meadowsweet, cowslip and eyebright, this is a clean, characterful vodka with a distinctly Scottish sense of place.

• Nose: Soft and vegetal, with touches of mint leaf, white chocolate and blueberry sweetness
• Palate: Creamy mouth-feel with sugary biscuit notes and fresh lemongrass, alongside hints of sweet pea and angelica
• Finish: Apple and blueberry fruitiness with a lingering pink peppercorn spiciness
