About the brand

Boë is a Scottish spirits brand from Stirling, where it distils its flavoured spirits. Its first gin launched in 2007, and Boë Violet Gin followed in 2016 as its first flavoured product. The company now makes gins and vodkas in small batches under the watchful eye of its Master Distiller, and describes itself as willing to stand out.

How it’s made

The liqueur starts with premium vodka, which is blended with real dairy cream. Natural raspberry flavours and white chocolate are then added, creating a sweet and creamy liqueur with a fruity edge. It is bottled at 15% ABV.
