Bottega Prosecco Gold, 75cl

Bottega Gold is the signature gold-bottled Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut from Italian producer Bottega, based in the Treviso province of the Veneto. Made from Glera grapes using soft pressing and tank (Charmat-method) fermentation over around 40 days, it's designed to double as a gifting showpiece.

The nose shows green apple, pear and citrus with white-flower and acacia notes and a touch of sage; the palate is soft, light-bodied and gently fizzy with balanced acidity.
