Bruadar Spiced is a Scottish single malt whisky liqueur that adds a layer of warming spice to the original Bruadar recipe. Single malt Scotch whisky is combined with Scottish honey and sloe berries, then infused with cloves, cinnamon and star anise. The label promises that one drop makes all the difference, and the result is a sweet, fruity and gently spiced liqueur.

About the brand

Bruadar Liqueurs makes a range of Scottish whisky liqueurs built around single malt Scotch whisky, honey and sloe berries. The honey comes from the producer’s own on-site beehives, and the sloes are sourced locally. Bruadar Spiced joined the range in October 2024 as a spiced version of the original.

How it’s made

The liqueur starts from the same base as the original: single malt Scotch whisky, Scottish honey and sloe berries. For this edition the producer adds an infusion of spice, with cloves, cinnamon and star anise, to give a warmer, more wintry character. It is bottled at 24% ABV.

How to enjoy it

Bruadar Spiced can be enjoyed neat, over ice, in cocktails or used in desserts.
