Bunnahabhain 18 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky is an unpeated Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, matured for 18 years in ex-sherry and bourbon casks. Bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring at 46.3% ABV.
Nose: Salted caramel and sticky toffee pudding with nutmeg; leather emerges with time.
Palate: Dense sherried notes with coastal saltiness, followed by roast chestnuts and gentle wood spice.
Finish: Mixed spice with lingering salt and sherry.
