Burning Barn Smoked Rum begins life as an aged Demerara rum from Guyana, before being cold-smoked over apple wood from retired trees on the producer's own fruit farm in the UK. The result is a distinctively British take on smoked rum: rich and punchy on the nose, with the palate delivering intense wood-smoke alongside baked apple, burnt treacle and a beguilingly smooth mouthfeel.

The finish echoes its fiery, smoky origins, lingering with campfire-ember warmth. A versatile sipping rum that also shines in cocktails — try it in a Smoked Rum Old Fashioned, or a Dark & Smoky serve lengthened with ginger ale, bitters and a squeeze of lime.
