Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey, 70cl

Old Bushmills Distillery in County Antrim holds a licence to distil dating back to 1608, making it one of the world's oldest licensed whiskey distilleries. Sitting beside the River Bush on Northern Ireland's Causeway Coast, the distillery triple-distils 100% malted barley through copper pot stills, a slower and gentler process than double distillation that gives a smoother, lighter spirit. The 10 Year Old is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks before bottling.

The result is a fresh, vibrant single malt: the nose offers citrus, vanilla and white chocolate, while the palate brings honeysuckle, shortbread and crisp green apple alongside fruitier sherry-cask notes.
