Coffey and pot still rums from St Lucia Distillers are aged in ex-bourbon barrels, blended, then infused with cinnamon, clove, vanilla, allspice and orange peel for a rich, tropical spiced rum named after the company's 'chairman' tasters who select each barrel.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Orange peel, Jaffa Cakes and pomander balls.
Palate: Dark chocolate, Jamaican ginger cake and cinnamon biscuits alongside warming aniseed and vanilla.
