Chairman's Reserve White Rum, 70cl

Chairman's Reserve White Rum is produced by St Lucia Distillers, the sole rum producer on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia, using a blend of pot and column still rums.

A blend of unaged and two-to-three-year-old rums matured in American white oak barrels before being charcoal filtered to remove colour while retaining depth of flavour, this is a versatile white rum built for classic cocktails.

• Nose: Light and clean, with soft tropical fruit notes
• Palate: Smooth and rounded, with vanilla, citrus and a gentle sweetness carried over from the aged rums in the blend
• Finish: Crisp and clean with a subtle warmth
