Clement Blanc is the flagship white rum from Rhum Clement, one of Martinique's oldest and most respected distilleries, founded in 1887 by Homere Clement. Unlike molasses-based rums, this is a true rhum agricole — distilled directly from freshly pressed sugarcane juice grown on Clement's own plantation land under Martinique's strict AOC appellation.
Bottled unaged straight after distillation to capture the character of the fresh cane, it's clean and vibrant on the palate, with grassy, herbal, floral cane notes and a bright, slightly vegetal freshness that sets agricole rums apart from their Anglophone Caribbean cousins.
It's the traditional base for a proper Ti' Punch — simply rhum, a touch of cane sugar syrup and a twist of lime — and equally at home in a Daiquiri or Mojito.
