Copalli Barrel Rested Rum, 70cl

Copalli Barrel Rested Rum is crafted at the Copalli Rum Distillery deep in the rainforest of Belize, using single-estate organic sugar cane harvested and distilled on the same day.

The crisp, organic single pot-still spirit is rested in charred American oak bourbon casks, adding toasted oak and vanilla-rich depth while retaining the bright, fresh character of the base spirit.

• Nose: Toasted oak and fresh mint leaf
• Palate: Rounded citrus with earthy, vanilla-rich sweetness from the bourbon casks
• Finish: Warm and smooth, with lingering oak spice
