Cotswolds Dry Gin, 70cl

Cotswolds Dry Gin is the flagship gin from The Cotswolds Distillery, a family-run producer based in Stourton in the English Cotswolds. It's distilled from nine botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, bay leaf, cardamom, black pepper and Cotswolds-grown lavender, with fresh lime and pink grapefruit zest hand-peeled on site.

The result is juniper-forward with bright citrus character and a delicate floral lavender note. Left non-chill filtered, it turns a pearlescent, slightly cloudy white when mixed with tonic or ice.
