Daffy's Small Batch Premium Gin

Daffy's is a small batch premium gin made in Scotland, named after Dafila Scott – granddaughter of Antarctic explorer Robert Falcon Scott and a wildlife artist in her own right, whose painting of a golden pheasant features on the bottle's neck tag. Nine botanicals go into the recipe, including juniper, coriander, angelica and citrus peel, distilled in traditional copper pot stills to a smooth, well-balanced character.

On the nose, vibrant orange notes burst through alongside rounded, earthy juniper and a cool hint of mint. The palate brings together citrus and juniper with coriander and sweet, candied fruit, before angelica and sweet lemon carry through into a long, warming finish. Multi-award-winning, it's equally at home in a classic G&T or shaken into a Martini.
