Deanston 18 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl

Deanston 18 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks, which dial up Deanston's trademark tropical fruit and honey character and reinforce it with rich American oak notes of butter and vanilla. Bottled at 46.3% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring.

• Nose: Well-balanced toffee and zingy lemons joined by biscuits and patisserie notes: shortbread and Danish pastries.
• Palate: Creamy, with the toffee and biscuits from the nose. The toffee quickly turns fruity, bringing back rich stewed apple sauce.
• Finish: Apple peel and lemon zest fade to leave spiced shortbread, apple pips and almonds.
