Discarded Grape Skin Chardonnay Vodka is part of William Grant & Sons' sustainability-focused 'Discarded' range, distilled in Scotland from grape pomace — the skins, seeds and stems left over after Chardonnay winemaking — blended with wine alcohol from dealcoholised Chardonnay wine.

The result is a fruit-driven vodka running from green apple and almond croissant on the nose to pear, lychee and guava on the palate, finishing crisp with a touch of pink peppercorn. A zero-waste vodka suited to neat sipping or cocktails.
