Les Sardines Chardonnay comes from Domaine Lafage, one of the leading independent estates in French Roussillon, where old vines are trained close to the sun-drenched, wind-swept soils of the Côte Catalane. Pale gold with hints of green, the wine offers ripe white peach and stone fruit aromas layered with mineral notes reminiscent of crushed stone, and a subtle touch of spice.

A gentle portion of malolactic fermentation gives the palate a rounded, textured mouthfeel, while vibrant acidity keeps the finish long, fresh and beautifully balanced with lingering stone fruit and mineral nuances. Serve well chilled as a lively aperitif, or alongside white fish, shellfish or a simple roast chicken.
