Doorly's 12 Year Old Barbados Rum, 70cl

Doorly's 12 Year Old is a Barbados rum made at the Foursquare distillery. Over a decade of ageing has produced a rich, dark rum full of chewy toffee, tobacco and tropical fruit, and the label shows the rare Spix's Macaw.

• Nose: Rich and sweet, with notes of tropical fruit and toffee apples.
• Palate: Full, with a viscous mouthfeel; caramelised pineapple, candied orange and cooked banana, with dry oak and a pinch of tobacco.
• Finish: Warming and long, and not overly sweet.
