East London Liquor Co. Rum is a vibrant, funk-forward blend crafted at the company's Bow distillery, combining rum sourced from three respected Jamaican distilleries: 80% pot and column still rum matched with 20% high-ester pot still rum for extra funk, bottled bright and unaged at 40% ABV. The nose bursts with ripe banana and pineapple, layered with classic Jamaican funk, icing sugar and a dusting of white pepper.

The palate carries that same tropical fruit character through to a lively finish with a yogurt-like tang and a peppery kick. Bottled without added sugar or colouring, this characterful rum is built for mixing — the distillery recommends a Daiquiri, though it also shines in a Jungle Bird or Mai Tai.
