Echeverria "No Es Pituko" Orange Wine, Curicó Valley, Chile

"No Es Pituko" (Chilean slang for "not fancy") is Viña Echeverría's playful, minimal-intervention orange wine, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc given 60 days of skin contact with native yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered and made with no added sulfites, it shows golden-orange hues with aromas of peach, tropical fruit and citrus peel alongside subtle buttery and herbal undertones. The palate is lively and textured, with orange peel, mandarin and lime carried by bright acidity to a zesty, refreshing finish with lingering citrus and soft spice.

Made by fourth-generation winemaker Roberto Echeverría at the family's sustainably farmed Curicó Valley estate, established in 1930. A distinctive, low-intervention style for drinkers who want something beyond conventional whites.

Serve at 10–12°C with spiced dishes, roasted vegetables, fermented foods and Mediterranean cuisine.
