Edinburgh Gin Classic is distilled in small batches in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Old Town, using a carefully balanced blend of botanicals that pay tribute to the city itself. Alongside classic juniper, the recipe features milk thistle - a nod to Scotland's national emblem - together with heather, citrus zest, vanilla, coriander and a cooling touch of menthol.

The result is a wonderfully smooth, creamy London Dry style gin with a soft, aromatic character that shines in a simple G&T or as the base for a classic Martini.
