Edinburgh Gin Seaside Coastal Dry Gin is a coastal-inspired dry gin defined by juniper with gentle salty and sweet notes. Marine botanicals including scurvy grass, ground ivy and bladderwrack seaweed are combined with grains of paradise, coriander seed and cardamom for a crisp, salt-kissed, savoury profile.
A superb aperitif, delicious with Mediterranean tonic and excellent in a Negroni or Dry Martini.
