Edradour 10 Year Old is a Highland single malt from Edradour, one of Scotland's smallest distilleries, where traditional production methods have remained virtually unchanged for around 150 years. Matured for a decade in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, it is a rich, fruity dram with a distinctive rum-like character.

• Nose: Medium, with great complexity. Thoroughly fruity, with sherry, sweetness and alluring vanilla.
• Palate: Cloying, seductive murkiness. Rum, barley and toasted almonds.
• Finish: Spiced fruitcake with crème anglaise.
