Esker Scottish Raspberry Gin, 70cl

Esker Scottish Raspberry Gin is a blush-pink, fruit-led gin from Esker Spirits, distilled in Aberdeenshire. Handpicked Scottish raspberries are blended with crisp juniper and a subtle vein of silver birch sap, tapped from trees native to the Esker distillery's surrounding woodland, to give the gin its distinctive sweet-but-balanced character.

On the nose and palate expect ripe summer berries layered over classic juniper backbone, with a gentle herbal lift from the birch sap carrying through to a clean, fruity finish.

ABV: 40%  |  Volume: 70cl  |  Style: Flavoured Pink Gin
