Gin Bothy Raspberry Infused Liqueur, 50cl

Gin Bothy is a Scottish producer based in Angus, where its spirits and liqueurs are handmade in small batches. Each bottle is hand-bottled, hand-labelled and carries its small batch number on the label, beneath a drawing of a Scottish bothy. The raspberry liqueur sits alongside the brand’s other fruit gin liqueurs, and it won a three-star award at the Great Taste Awards in 2024.

How it’s made

Gin Bothy infuses its Scottish gin with freshly pressed raspberries and adds sugar to create a rich fruit liqueur. Using a large amount of berry juice gives the liqueur its jammy depth, while the gin base keeps a touch of juniper and citrus in the background. It is bottled at 20% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
