Distilled on the Mediterranean coast of Spain, Gin Mare is built around Arbequina olives, rosemary, thyme and basil alongside classic juniper, coriander and citrus zest, giving it a distinctive savoury, herbal character unlike any other gin.
Nose: Herbal, with berry fruits and hints of soapiness and perfume.
Palate: Very herbal and aromatic, with a perfume-like delivery, coriander, tart juniper and citrus zest.
Finish: A zesty, spiced finish.
