Glencadam 18 Year Old is a returning classic from the Glencadam distillery, founded in 1825 near Brechin in Angus. Matured in ex-bourbon American oak, bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, it showcases the distillery's light, fruity house style.
Nose: Fresh stone fruits, pear blossom, dried pineapple and panna cotta with hints of baking spice
Palate: Creamy baked peach, rice pudding, lemon curd and crème caramel with nutmeg and cinnamon
Finish: Poached pears, ginger biscuits and apricot Danish fading into a sweet spice linger
