Gonzalez Byass La Copa Rojo Vermouth, 75cl

La Copa Rojo is a premium Spanish red vermouth from the renowned sherry house Gonzalez Byass in Jerez de la Frontera. It's built on a base of aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherries, infused with a classic vermouth botanical blend including wormwood, clove, orange peel, nutmeg, angelica and quinine. On the nose, warm baking spice interweaves with orange peel and dried herbs.

The palate is smooth and velvety, carrying genuine sherry richness and depth, before a gentle bittersweet finish marked by nutmeg, wormwood and an elegant herbal lift. Best enjoyed chilled over ice with a slice of orange, or topped with soda for a refreshing Vermouth and Tonic; it also forms an excellent, sherry-forward base for a Negroni or Manhattan.
