Gordon Castle Plum Gin Liqueur is made by infusing plums grown at Gordon Castle in Fochabers, Moray, into the estate's own botanical gin. Often compared to damson gin, it is not overly sweet, with ripe plum fruit balanced by the herbal character of the gin base. Enjoy it over ice, with tonic or topped with prosecco.
