Great Glen Premium Scottish Gin, 70cl

Great Glen Premium Scottish Gin is crafted at Great Glen Distillery on the shores of Loch Ness, using pure Highland water and locally harvested botanicals. Founded in 2020, the distillery set out to create "a true product of its place of birth" — an aromatic, earthy gin that captures the wild landscape of the Great Glen.

Bottled at 43% ABV, the gin balances the sweet herbal honeysuckle notes of Scottish heather with the subtle tartness of red sorrel and the aromatic pine tones of frankincense, layered over a crisp juniper base.

• Tasting notes: Crisp juniper with bold wafts of floral heather and delicately sweet petals; gently fragrant spices bring warmth to the finish
• Botanicals: Juniper, Scottish heather, red sorrel, frankincense

Serve simply with a premium tonic and a sprig of heather or thyme to let the botanicals shine, or use as the aromatic backbone of a Highland-inspired cocktail.
