Harrogate Tipple Honey Rum, 50cl

Handcrafted by the small, family-run Harrogate Tipple distillery at the Ripley Castle Estate in North Yorkshire, this rum is infused with locally sourced Yorkshire blossom honey and blended using Harrogate Spring Water. The nose offers pure, fresh honey alongside hints of hibiscus and cherry. On the palate, smooth layers of molasses meet a distinct sweet vanilla character, with smoked oak notes adding warmth and depth.

A softer, more approachable style than a spiced or aged rum, it's well suited to sipping neat or on ice. It also mixes well with ginger beer for an easy honey-spiced highball, or can be stirred into coffee or hot chocolate for a warming winter drink.
