Harveys Bristol Cream is one of the world's best-known sherries, created in 1882 by John Harvey II and his brother Edward in the cellars of Bristol, England. It is a meticulously balanced blend of over 30 different soleras of Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, sourced from the Jerez region of Andalucía, Spain, and matured using the traditional solera and criadera ageing system in American oak casks.

The result is a full, fragrant and elegant sherry with a deep golden-amber colour and warm, chestnutty aromas. On the palate it is rich yet mellow, with the silky smoothness that comes from its complex blend of grape styles, finishing long, velvety and smooth. Best served lightly chilled, it makes a versatile aperitif and pairs beautifully with cheese, nuts and desserts.

  • Region: Jerez, Andalucía, Spain
