Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit is a clear, contemporary spirit from Highland Boundary, crafted through copper distillation using birch buds and elderflowers hand-picked from the spring woodlands surrounding the on-farm distillery, combined with high-quality grain spirit and mineral-rich spring water.

The result is a smooth, tantalising and surprising forest-fresh spirit, with a light floral hint from the elderflower and a long, warm finish. It has been recognised internationally, winning Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and Silver at the International Wine and Spirits Competition.
