Highland Park 12 Year Old Viking Honour Orkney Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl

Highland Park 12 Year Old "Viking Honour" is the flagship expression from Scotland's most northerly distillery, on Orkney. Matured in a mix of ex-sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, and made using Highland Park's own gently peated malt dried over Orkney heather and peat, it is bottled at 40% ABV.

The result is a beautifully balanced single malt that brings together heather-honey sweetness with a whisper of aromatic smoke — a signature of Orkney's island distilling tradition.
