Hills & Harbour Burnt Orange & Smoked Pineapple is billed as the world's first 40% ABV distilled gin cocktail, created by Crafty Distillery in Dumfries and Galloway. The team hand-smoke, torch, macerate, press and distil 100% fresh fruit before blending it with their Hills & Harbour Gin base, capturing the char of burnt orange and the sweetness of smoked pineapple in a single full-strength bottle.

Serve simply over ice, shaken and strained martini-style, or lengthened with a flavoured soda water.
