Holy Grass Vodka, 70cl

Holy Grass Vodka is a flavoured vodka from Dunnet Bay Distillers at John O'Groats, built around holy grass (Anthoxanthum nitens), a sweet-scented Highland grass historically strewn on church floors for its natural vanilla-like fragrance. The base spirit is infused with holy grass and warming cinnamon, then rounded out with Scottish Highland apple juice for fresh, fruity depth. On the nose it offers sweet, creamy vanilla; the palate brings apple sweetness with honeyed chamomile notes, finishing with light spice and a lingering vanilla warmth.
