Rock samphire foraged from the island's coast and Boadicea hops sit alongside fresh lemon zest, grains of paradise and classic juniper, all bottled in the distillery's distinctive scale-textured blue glass.
Taste: Refreshing and slightly sweet, with earthy sweetness, citrus zing, a touch of sea air and warming pepper.
