Jameson Black Barrel is a richer, more concentrated take on the classic Jameson blend. It contains a higher share of pot still whiskey than standard Jameson and is matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, with double-charred barrels in the mix, alongside sherry casks, for a sherried note and soft barrel char.
Nose: Soft barrel char, sweet barley and cereal.
Palate: Very soft and smooth, with subtle spice, barrel char and fresh fruitiness.
