Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition is the fifteenth release in the distillery's flagship series made entirely from barley grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled on site at Rockside Farm. This vatting of 54 ex-bourbon barrels, distilled from Concerto and Publican barley harvested in 2014 and 2015 and matured for nine years, delivers vanilla, tropical fruit and toasted oak on the nose, salted caramel and citrus on the palate, and a gentle, maritime smokiness through the finish.

Founded in 2005 by Anthony Wills, Kilchoman is Islay's smallest distillery and the first new distillery built on the island in over 120 years — a genuine farm distillery, one of only a handful in Scotland that grows its own barley alongside distilling. Bottled at 50% ABV.
